What we built

A selection of the implementations of recent years. We leave the client names out as long as the party involved has not given permission.

Implementations

Different sectors, different versions, the same approach.

EnterpriseFixed priceInventory

Wholesaler in technical parts

Reason
Stock in Excel, invoices by hand, no view of margin per order.
Built
Sales, purchase, inventory and accounting in one go. Barcode scanning in the warehouse, a link to the carrier.
Result
One stock figure for everyone, margin visible per order, and orders the warehouse processes by scanning instead of on paper.
CommunityProjectsTimesheets

Service firm with project administration

Reason
Hours in three systems, invoicing structurally a month behind.
Built
Projects, time tracking and invoicing based on time spent. Analytic accounting so margin per project became visible.
Result
Hours are booked once and invoiced straight away. Margin per project is visible without a spreadsheet.
EnterpriseeCommerceWebsite

Retailer with a webshop

Reason
Webshop separate from the administration; stock was never right online.
Built
Odoo eCommerce in their own identity, linked to inventory and the till. One stock position for shop, web and warehouse.
Result
Shop, webshop and warehouse share the same stock position. What is online is what is on the shelf.
CommunityManufacturingMigration

Manufacturer

Reason
Outdated Odoo version, custom work that stood in the way of upgrading.
Built
Migration to the current version, custom work rebuilt as clean modules, manufacturing orders and bills of material set up again.
Result
The custom work no longer blocks an upgrade. A new Odoo version is now a planned job instead of a project.

Would you like to speak to one of these clients? We arrange that on request.

Curious what your Odoo project would cost?

An hour of introduction costs nothing and always yields something: at the very least an honest picture of what is and is not possible. If the project lends itself to it, you get a proposal with a single figure underneath.
