What we do

An implementation from start to finish, or exactly the part where you are stuck. We work in Odoo Community and Enterprise, and pick which of the two fits together with you.

Our services

Six things we are good at. Usually we do several at once.

Odoo implementation

From nothing to running: sales, purchase, inventory, manufacturing, projects, accounting. Set up around your process, not around the standard demo.

Financial setup

General ledger, VAT, analytic accounting, cost prices and reports your accountant accepts without grumbling.

Website & eCommerce

Odoo Website and eCommerce in your own identity, with a customer portal people actually use.

Custom modules

What Odoo cannot do as standard we build alongside, as a clean module that survives a version upgrade.

Migration & upgrades

From another package to Odoo, or from an old Odoo version to the current one. Including your history.

Support & development

After go-live we stay reachable. On call or with a fixed number of hours a month, whichever you need.

One implementation,
all the modules

We do complete ERP implementations, not loose pieces. The list alongside follows the grouping Odoo itself uses: from the website where your customer arrives to manufacturing, inventory and the accounting underneath. We work across that whole width, and keep it in one pair of hands.

Sebastiaan and Michel both know every module. The difference is in the depth: Sebastiaan specialises in finance, Michel in website, eCommerce, CRM, logistics and manufacturing. Every part of your implementation has someone who is genuinely in it, and someone looking over their shoulder.

Would you rather stay inside a Gold partner network? That works. We keep in touch with existing Gold partners, so you can leave your licence and partnership there and hand the implementation to us.

  • Website: site builder, eCommerce, customer portal, blog and eLearning.
  • Sales: CRM, sales, point of sale, subscriptions and rental.
  • Finance: accounting, invoicing, expenses, documents and signing.
  • Inventory & manufacturing: stock, manufacturing (MRP), PLM, purchase, maintenance and quality.
  • Services: projects, timesheets, helpdesk, planning, appointments and field service.
  • Marketing: marketing automation, email and SMS marketing, events and surveys.
  • Productivity & customisation: chat, approvals, knowledge, Studio and custom work of your own.

Community or Enterprise

The honest comparison. Neither is better; they suit a different kind of company.

* This difference is real, but it need not hold you back: we cover these points in Community with a module of our own or with the AI platform of our sister company Smart AI Bizz. Invoice recognition runs on OCR with a language model behind it, bank transactions come in through a connection or an import routine, and fields and screens we build as a module instead of in Studio. What that costs in your situation against an Enterprise licence, we simply work out during the introduction.

Community suits you if…

  • you want to host it yourself, already have a server, or leave the hosting to us
  • your bank volume is low enough to reconcile by hand
  • you have no need for Studio or Documents
  • you would rather invest in development than in licences

Enterprise suits you if…

  • you process hundreds of invoices a month
  • you want bank transactions read in automatically
  • you want to adjust fields and screens yourself
  • support from Odoo itself matters to you

In doubt? Then we simply work it through during the introduction: licence cost against the hours you currently lose to manual work.

Migration and upgrades

Moving over from another package, or from an old Odoo version to the current one.

From another package

Contacts, products, open items and history. Together we decide what has to come along and what you are better off leaving in the old system.

From old Odoo to new

Custom work included. Where it blocks the upgrade we rebuild it as a module that does survive the next version.

Live without surprises

First a test migration on a copy, then a dress rehearsal, and only then the real thing. You know up front how long you are out of the air.

After go-live

An implementation has only succeeded if it is still standing two years later.

Hypercare

For the first weeks after go-live we stay close. Questions are picked up the same day.

Support on call

After that you call or mail when something comes up. You pay for what you use, not for a subscription you do not need.

Further development

Companies change. We plan an hour now and then to look at what could be better.

And the AI platform
of Smart AI Bizz

In everything above we use the technology and the modules of our sister company Smart AI Bizz: an AI layer on Odoo, a knowledge base with over 167,000 indexed fragments from the Odoo source, and a generator for modules. This is not a separate service you buy; it is how we work.

  • Faster research: the source is searchable by meaning.
  • Fewer mistakes: fields and domains are checked against what is really in Odoo.
  • A fixed price more often: less uncertainty up front, less padding in the quote.
  • Always a human in between: what the generator makes, we review and test.

Curious what your Odoo project would cost?

An hour of introduction costs nothing and always yields something: at the very least an honest picture of what is and is not possible. If the project lends itself to it, you get a proposal with a single figure underneath.
