Odoo implementation · Netherlands

Odoo, from the first click
to the general ledger.

Two experienced Odoo consultants who joined forces and build the whole chain together: the website where your customer arrives and the administration where the money lands. Community or Enterprise, whichever suits you and not whichever suits us.

Fixed price where it fits Community & Enterprise 14 years of experience

What it comes down to

No agency with layers in between. Two people who do the work themselves, and who dare to say up front what it costs. If a project grows beyond what two can carry, we scale up through our network of Odoo Gold partners.

Community and Enterprise

We implement both and advise on what fits your volume, your users and your hosting preference. Not on what earns the most licence margin.

Two specialists, no layer between

Sebastiaan does finance, Michel the front end, logistics and manufacturing. Together we cover the whole chain. Whoever you speak to is also who builds it.

Fixed price where it fits

If the project lends itself to it, we name a single figure up front. If it runs over, that is our problem, not yours.

What we do

From a first configuration to an integration that has been running for years. We take on the whole project, or exactly the part where you are stuck.

Odoo implementation

From nothing to running: sales, purchase, inventory, manufacturing, projects, accounting. Set up around your process, not around the standard demo.

Financial setup

General ledger, VAT, analytic accounting, cost prices and reports your accountant accepts without grumbling.

Website & eCommerce

Odoo Website and eCommerce in your own identity, with a customer portal people actually use.

Custom modules

What Odoo cannot do as standard we build alongside, as a clean module that survives a version upgrade.

Migration & upgrades

From another package to Odoo, or from an old Odoo version to the current one. Including your history.

Support & development

After go-live we stay reachable. On call or with a fixed number of hours a month, whichever you need.

Technology

With the AI platform of
Smart AI Bizz alongside

Zynapzyz uses every piece of technology and every module our sister company Smart AI Bizz develops: an AI layer on top of Odoo, a knowledge base holding over 167,000 indexed fragments of the Odoo source, and a generator that produces production-ready modules.

That does not replace our work; it takes the search time out of it. What we build still passes a human, with tests and documentation. But the road there is shorter, and you see that back in the lead time and in the price.

  • Natural language interface: describe in plain words what has to happen, the platform carries it out in Odoo.
  • RAG knowledge base: 137,000 code fragments, 13,000 field definitions and 17,000 domain patterns from the Odoo source, all searchable.
  • Smart routing: every question to the model that suits it, which cuts the cost by roughly 96 per cent.
  • Module Builder: generates models, views, security and manifest following Odoo's own conventions.

Community or Enterprise?
That depends on you.

Many parties implement Enterprise only, because that is where the licence margin sits. We do both. For one client Community with a couple of OCA modules is exactly right; for another Enterprise pays for itself within a year on the bank connection and invoice recognition alone.

Which of the two it becomes we decide during the introduction, based on your number of users, your volume and whether you want to host it yourself. Not on what we earn from it.

  • Community: no licence cost, host it yourself or let us host it, all core modules, topped up with OCA and with modules of our own.
  • Enterprise: bank connections, invoice recognition, Studio, Documents, Sign and support from Odoo itself.
  • The question is not which is better, but which lowers your yearly cost and your manual work the most.
  • Switching later is possible. Community to Enterprise is a step we take regularly.

The two who do the work

Whoever writes the quote also builds it. No account manager, no handover. Together fourteen years of Odoo and twenty-five years of experience in business: we understand the process and build the modules ourselves.

From practice

A selection of what we built. Without client names, unless the client gives permission themselves.

Enterprise Fixed price Inventory

Wholesaler in technical parts

Reason
Stock in Excel, invoices by hand, no view of margin per order.
Built
Sales, purchase, inventory and accounting in one go. Barcode scanning in the warehouse, a link to the carrier.
Result
One stock figure for everyone, margin visible per order, and orders the warehouse processes by scanning instead of on paper.
Community Projects Timesheets

Service firm with project administration

Reason
Hours in three systems, invoicing structurally a month behind.
Built
Projects, time tracking and invoicing based on time spent. Analytic accounting so margin per project became visible.
Result
Hours are booked once and invoiced straight away. Margin per project is visible without a spreadsheet.

From the blog

What we run into, and what we make of it.

What AI does and does not do for your Odoo

Invoice recognition works. A chatbot that understands your general ledger does not. A level-headed tour of what is genuinely possible today.

Community or Enterprise? Five questions that settle it

It is not the feature list that decides, but your number of users, your bank volume and whether you want to host it yourself. Five questions that cut the knot.

Why we dare to say what it costs

A fixed price means we carry the risk of the estimate. That only works if you look carefully up front. Here is how we do it.

Coming soon

Curious what your Odoo project would cost?

An hour of introduction costs nothing and always yields something: at the very least an honest picture of what is and is not possible. If the project lends itself to it, you get a proposal with a single figure underneath.
